GUARANTEE & DEPOSIT

All reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room rate and taxes.

Rates are per cottage, per night, based on the specific cottage occupancy.

Rates are subject to a 14.45% room occupancy tax.

Reservations will be held until 8:00 AM the following day of your scheduled arrival.

No-show reservations will forfeit the deposit.
-
No refunds are given for early check-outs.


CANCELLATIONS
& REFUNDS
April, May, June, September, & October

Cancel at least 7 days before arrival to receive a refund.

Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.
July & August
-
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival to receive a refund.

Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit.
3rd Party Reservations

For guests who booked through online travel agents or third-party travel professionals, please contact your booking provider for their specific policies.
PET POLICY​​

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per dog per night (plus applicable taxes).

Please contact us in advance to register your dog.

Service animals must register with the hotel, but no additional fee applies.


SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted inside cottages.

Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
MICELLANEOUS

There is no daily cottage cleaning/service.

$25 lost key fee applies.
-
Parking is limited to one spot per cottage.
